The Renew You Podcast

Hi, Sanctification and Spitup readers!

I am so excited to let you know that God has called me out past fear and anxiety (which can be something that often overwhelms me) and led me to yet another exciting adventure. A podcast. That’s right. I am no longer just the imaginary voice behind the words in this blog, but also a real and active voice on the other end of the Renew You Podcast! And I would love for you to join me on this journey.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am passionate about helping others renew their minds. And that is what the Renew You Podcast is all about! Instead of listening to what the world says about us, each week I will tackle a subject and apply God’s truth to it. It’s kind of like a mix of therapy + Jesus. (But much cheaper than therapy!)

Are you a podcast listener? Or maybe the word podcast is just a random word you’ve heard but never applied. Well, I would love for you to take a try listening and see if the Renew You Podcast might be the first podcast you end up listening to! You can click here to be taken to the links for listening.
